Our recent workshop with Jackie was a great experience for the entire team. The session, (tailor made by Jackie after listening to where we felt we were at & what we needed) gave us practical, relevant exercises that immediately helped us connect to our day-to-day challenges & sparked conversations about continuous improvement in our information discussion groups. The tools & examples shared were logical, attainable, & easy to put into practice. Nothing theoretical or out of reach.
